Cybercriminals are distributing information-stealing malware using TikTok videos disguised as free activation guides for Windows, Spotify, Netflix and other software. Russia, China, Iran and North Korea have vastly increased their use of AI to launch cyberattacks against the United States, according to Microsoft.

Meanwhile, China has accused the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) of carrying out a "premeditated" cyberattack targeting China’s National Time Service Center (NTSC).
